Winbourne Estate Country Bed & Breakfast offers accommodation in an executive style residence on 40 acres set amidst rural farmlands just over an hour from Sydney.

The perfect getaway for couples, families or groups of friends, Winbourne Estate has horse pastures (horses welcome!), native bushland with walking trails down to the gully and its hidden cave, with kangaroos, wombats, platypus and native birdlife.

The picturesque towns and villages of the Wollondilly and Southern Highlands are a short drive away, with bushwalking in wilderness areas and picnic facilities in national parks available for you to enjoy and explore.

These rooms - on the first floor - are adjacent to a private guests' sitting room with slow combustion wood fire, comfy sofas, TV, books, magazines and a bar fridge. They share a luxurious bathroom with shower, bath and separate toilet. An extra shower and powder room are available downstairs.

Downstairs is a suite with its own private entrance, queen bedroom, lounge area with home theatre system (Austar included) and separate shower and toilet facilities. An extra two sofa beds also make this private suite suitable for families.
